I'm a freelance photographer and I get plently of request to do some studio work for people. I used to work at a studio but not for log but I do know how t do studio lighting and such. i want to purchase some lights and a black and white and maybe rustic looking background to go along. Does anyon nkow fo a a good starter kit, or some decently priced equipmetn and wat kind o equipment I would need. I don't want to spend a fortune but I do want fairly decent equiment, thanks!

I would like to start a small photography business...nothing major as I am an amateur photographer and am not sure of myself/skills yet. I do think that I take pretty decent photos and have a great passion for photography but don't really know how to begin. What kind of fairly inexpensive camera is a good start? I do have a Sony Digital Camera and a Canon SLR 35mm. Also, what other kind of equipment is imperative when beginning-just to look like you know what your doing? Any help would be greatly appreciated! One more thing before I forget, what is needed to take great photos of food/wine? Is there a special kind of setup that I would need?

I was woundering, what type of equipment would I need for a photography studio?

I have my own (very small) photography business and I am looking to purchase some more items for it - various backdrops, props for children's poses, vintage clothing, dress-up items, etc. I am interested in purchasing from and overseas wholesaler, directly. I have searched the internet but have managed to find just about nothing as far as studio equipment goes, mostly just developing equipment. Any ideas??

I am looking to set up my own professional photography stidio. I am looking for wholesale prices so that I can stock merchandise that I can sell also. I need a distributor who can sell me wholesale backgrounds, lighting, posing seats, posing stools and props. I would like to sell frames, photo albums and more cool artsy products.

My friend's birthday is comeing up and she has always wanted to be a photographer but could never aforde the equipment so I saved up with all of our friends and are gunna buy her a nice new set.

I would like to take some photos at an upcoming wedding this next spring. I am new to photography and I am taking classes now on how to use my camera. What I would like to know is what equipment I will need. I will just be taking casual, practice photos and using this for a learning experience. I have a Nikon D40 (I am thinking about getting a D80 or a D200), I have a 18-55mm lens, a 70-200mm lens and an SB800 flash (do I need a diffuser?). I am considering purchasing a 70-300mm af-s vr lens. What else do I need to consider? Thanks for your help!!! I also have a tripod.
