i like photography and henna but i can never seem to get good pictures of (bridal) henna-ed hands. any tips for taking good pics? like perhaps the lighting or something...

In my opinion the best way to find good poses is by experimenting with different pose angles and lighting if possible.

The best way to see what looks good is to expose yourself to lots of different poses and designs. I am an artist and I have found that when just looking for inspiration, the internet and google images is the best way. I found a program called OutWit Images which is free at www.outwit.com, which in conjunction with google images I can see lots of images of a specific search. So, you should search for "bridal henna" or "henna poses" in the OutWit Images interface. Then you can scroll through lots of pics while picking up good ideas for your own purposes.
