pick up an issue of W magazine. it's the best fashion mag out there. it has all the top photogs in the world shooting for them on a monthly basis. Women's Wear Daily is also a good one but much harder to find than W.

Mot of the best fashion photography comes from Europe. So you want to look up European versions of Vogue, etc. Do a web search for "fashion photographers Europe" and you'll find ones that none of us have ever heard of. The web can have old stuff that is no longer trendy, so go to a local bookstore and dig through their fashion magazines.
