I am looking for some good suggested reading for how to do landscape and nature photography. Any suggestions?

Nature is a pretty vague definition.
If there's any seriously good landscape books I haven't found them and god knows I've looked. Michael Freeman's composition books have some valuable tips in them. Answer 3
No much to read, but The art of photography in National Geographic by Jane Livingston, edited by evergreen has very good photographs. Answer 4
The Art of Adventure by Galen Rowell is one of my favorite. It is based on 20 years worth of his writing for Outdoor Photographer. Instead of chapters, there are topic specific articles that are 2-3 pages long written in an easy to read magazine style. While some of the film portions might seem a bit dated, it is still a great book. It focuses a lot more on concepts that on the technical stuff. http://www.mountainlight.com/books.html Answer 5
