I think this is strange to me. Photographers take photos of models on shorelines, woods and farmland...but if a police officer saw this why would they not be arrested?

canada is normal i think like the commonwealth countries, the usa its ok to shoot porn in one state and not the other, one state you can phone up a lady of the night to come around for a little party, the next you have to deal with the underworld to have sexytime with a professional, (hahaha i so funny) so ma answer is totaly useless, i think in canada nudity is ok like in new zealand but in the usa they are a state to state thing (you know united states) - yes i make fun, respect! the usa has ALOT going for her

In the United States there is a uptight view regarding nudity but whether or not you get in trouble would really vary great with a few details like where are you shooting and what part of the country. Some areas it would be seen as more taboo to shoot some nudes outdoors like on a school, museum or church grounds since these would be seen as "public" places and inappropriate to do such a shoot. Out in the woods perhaps would be seen as more acceptable unless you were trespassing on someone's property. My 2 cents. Mark

All depends on the area, permits, and if there are others around and bothered by it. Usually you will not find someone doing a nude photoshoot with the general public present... if you do, then they are just asking for trouble.

Do it in Vermont where you will not be in violation of the laws that the prudes in most of the rest of the country have. This is the problem with being a country first set up by Puritans and now when the church is trying to take back the country starting with the southern states.

It depends on where they do it. If it's a beach, it could be a nude beach, if it's farm, they probably asked the owner, etc. But it's entirely possible (and likely) that some of those pictures were taken where it actually isn't allowed and they just didn't get caught.

Depends who see's during the shoot, and I think they have to distinctivly be able to tell where the pictures were taken to get into any trouble after the pictures are done. I havent seen a completly nude shoot out doors in person but ive seen a semi nude one where the model mostly worked in thongs and such. Even that can be considered offensive to some but if no one sees who is going to do anything about it.
