How to sell a stock photography PORTFOLIO?

I've opened a few accounts with online micro stock photography agencies. I'm wondering, how would I go about selling the whole lot of pictures on such an account so that another person can take over the 'business'? The accounts themselves cannot generally be 'endorsed' or transfered. Anyone with experience in this kind of deal? Thank you! PS: This would obviously require me to sell the copyright to the images or license them appropriately.

Probably the easiest way would be to close out those accounts and let the photos expire with them (some places will keep the photos "active" for 6 months or more). Then have a lawyer that is familiar with film and photography draw up a sales contract with a transfer of copyright to the other person. They could then open up their own accounts. I interviewed several lawyers before I found one I liked (and felt comfortable with their knowledge).
