Photography can range depending on what you're looking for. It can go anywhere from $1,500 up. You'll have to be more specific in what you are looking for. As for make-up, I'm not too sure about "Pakistani" make-up....but bridal make-up again can also vary. Mine cost about $125 and that's airbrushing and full make-up and she came to my house....
