Physical - gets you out moving around & using your eyeballs to observe & shoot Mental - works your mind to calculate the math involved in photog, plus thinking about how to compose your subjects Social - good way to bond with others having a similar interest

I don't have a wellness triangle nor do I think I want one. What would I do with a wellness triangle?

Physical - I have to move around to get shots therefore I get exercise mental - thinking about the shot gives the brain a work out social side - I meet lots of people and also make money therefore allowing me a social life. daft question really.
