I'm a young student, hoping to enter London College of Fashion to pursue my dream of becoming a fashion photographer. My question to you is, what do you think of fashion photography as a career?

think it is cool!!!!!! I wanted to photograph foot models, but it took too much hassles.

i think it is a great caree if you can do it. you get to travel, meet ppl, and have your work shown to the world.

i think artistic careers like fashion photography is all about talent. if you can take good shots or make unattractive women look pretty, then you many be suitable. try taking a few amateur photographs and compare it to fashion ads done by legendary photographers like Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz, Craig McDean, Nick Knight, Steven Meisel, Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Klein, Terry Richardson, Bruce Weber, Mario Sorrenti, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin or Mert & Marcus. of course it will be a huge difference but you can more or less tell yourself whether you are up to the standards. anyway, LCF is a great launching pad for fashion figures, so good luck! hope to see your work in Paris Vogue one day!!!

I model a bit and I think that there are too many guy photographers and the industry needs more women, it's fun and artistic and you could make a lot of money, go for it!

i think its a fantastic career. if its wat u really want 2 do then go 4 it. its all bout talent. an im sure u got that. plus its great money also. ;)

I think if you have a passion for it, you will love it and hopefully make it a career. Fashion photography sounds like a fun job and you get to travel alot! :)

As think the photographers are more important than the actual models! You make the models look good, not the actual models. Good carreer choice!
