I have a baking blog & I don't know a whole lot about cameras but I am looking to invest in a good macro lens. What can you reccomend for close up food photography for a Nikkon dslr?

80/200 works well. remember though its not as much the lenses but the Presentation lay out. colors are very important as is the lighting. a white plate as many restaurants have under the meal detracts from the crisp inviting image of their product. I prefer a grey or green background when I photograph so my camera will read the image more clearly.
